Basic Functions

For each event the following information can be displayed (from left to right):
ï‚· If the event is observed or not (a check mark if observed)
ï‚· The severity of the event
ï‚· The date and time when the event occurred
ï‚· Number of the TC that generated the event (Optional)
ï‚· The number of the station to which the event belongs (zero (0) if not connected to a particular
station) (Optional)
ï‚· The number of the bolt (the user specified bolt number) to which the event belongs zero (0) if not
connected to a particular bolt) (Optional)
ï‚· The Angle Channel if relevant (for restriction, check and monitoring events). Possible values are:
ï‚· M Monitoring
ï‚· C Control
ï‚· 1,2 Channel number
(Optional)
ï‚· The Torque Channel if relevant (for restrictions, check and monitoring events). Possible values are:
ï‚· M Monitoring
ï‚· C Control
ï‚· 1,2,3 Channel Number (1-2 is torque transducers, 3 is Current As Torque)
(Optional)
ï‚· The name of the program to which the event belongs (blank if not connected to a particular
program)
ï‚· The type of the event
ï‚· The event code of the event (Optional)
ï‚· A textual description of the event
By default the Event Log window is docked on the bottom right half of the ToolsTalk PowerMACS main
window but can be placed freely.
