58.2.4 Quality of Service Parameters
The Quality of Service (QoS) parameters are described in the table below.

Layer-2 Class Of Service (CoS) Parameters (VLAN Tag Priority Field)
Network Priority
[VLANNetworkServiceCla
ssPriority]
Defines the VLAN priority (IEEE 802.1p) for Network Class of Service
(CoS) content.
The valid range is 0 to 7. The default is 7.
Media Premium
[VLANPremiumServiceCla
ssMediaPriority]
Defines the VLAN priority (IEEE 802.1p) for the Premium CoS content
and media traffic.
The valid range is 0 to 7. The default is 6.
Control Premium Priority
[VLANPremiumServiceCla
ssControlPriority]
Defines the VLAN priority (IEEE 802.1p) for the Premium CoS content
and control traffic.
The valid range is 0 to 7. The default is 6.
Gold Priority
[VlanGoldServiceClassPri
ority]
Defines the VLAN priority (IEEE 802.1p) for the Gold CoS content.
The valid range is 0 to 7. The default is 4.
Bronze Priority
[VLANBronzeServiceClas
sPriority]
Defines the VLAN priority (IEEE 802.1p) for the Bronze CoS content.
The valid range is 0 to 7. The default is 2.
Layer-3 Class of Service (TOS/DiffServ) Parameters
Network QoS
[NetworkServiceClassDiff
Serv]
Defines the Differentiated Services (DiffServ) value for Network CoS
content.
The valid range is 0 to 63. The default is 48.
Note: For the parameter to take effect, a device reset is required.
Media Premium QoS
[PremiumServiceClassMe
diaDiffServ]
Global parameter that defines the DiffServ value for Premium Media CoS
content. You can also configure this functionality per specific calls, using
IP Profiles (IpProfile_IPDiffServ). For a detailed description of the
parameter and for configuring this functionality in the IP Profile table, see
''Configuring IP Profiles'' on page 391.
Note: If this functionality is configured for a specific IP Profile, the
settings of this global parameter is ignored for calls associated with the
IP Profile.
Control Premium QoS
[PremiumServiceClassCo
ntrolDiffServ]
Global parameter that defines the DiffServ value for Premium Control
CoS content (Call Control applications). You can also configure this
functionality per specific calls, using IP Profiles (IpProfile_SigIPDiffServ).
For a detailed description of the parameter and for configuring this
functionality in the IP Profile table, see ''Configuring IP Profiles'' on page
391.
Note: If this functionality is configured for a specific IP Profile, the
settings of this global parameter is ignored for calls associated with the
IP Profile.
Gold QoS
Defines the DiffServ value for the Gold CoS content (Streaming
applications).
