Some functions make use of the A640’s assignable buttons beneath the display to conrm edits,
navigate the windows and menus, choose options, or cancel an operation. (Press back to exit, for
example.) Press the corresponding button beneath the display to activate the function.
The following section explains each option in the Mixer Setup menu in detail.
File Transfer
The A640 can save and load mix presets, custom congurations, and access rmware updates using a
USB storage device connected to its USB port.
By using the File Transfer functions, it’s easy to back up settings from the A640 Personal Mixer or
create a conguration in one A640 that will be loaded into multiple A640 Personal Mixers via a USB
storage device.
Three options are available in the File Transfer menu. A properly formatted USB storage device must
be connected to the A640’s USB port to access the three options.
Scroll with either encoder knob to select the option you want. Press the encoder to activate it.
