Each USB device can hold 32 congurations.
Updating Congurations
Once a conguration has been saved, you can update it if changes have been made to any of the
settings. This overwrites and replaces the existing le on the USB storage device.
To update an existing conguration:
Select the Save Conguration option by scrolling with either encoder knob.
Press the encoder button to activate it.
When the Save Conguration window opens, scroll to select the previously saved
conguration to be updated from the list.
Press the SaVe soft button on the A640 to start the process.
Conrm the overwrite warning by pressing YeS (or press the no soft button to exit the le
saving process).
An on-screen progress bar is displayed and a conrmation message follows once the
update process is complete.
Press any button to exit the Save function and return to the File Transfer menu.
Recall a Conguration
Any one of the 32 possible A640 congurations saved to a USB storage device may be recalled by
using the Recall Conguration function.
As with the Save Conguration function, recalling a conguration from a USB device loads:
Mixer Mode (Pro16, Default, or Custom)
16 mix presets
Channel volume for each channel (including Favorite and Ambience channels)
Pan for each channel
Treble and Bass tone settings for each channel
Eects (EFX) settings for each channel
Mutes
Groups
Master EQ settings
Custom channel names
Custom channel mappings
Aux Mix settings
Ambience on/o
