1. Release 3 screws TX20 at right hand side of exhaust fan frame
2. Release 2 screws (TX20) throug left aluminum frame and lift out frame including fans

3. Release 2 screws TX20 at left hand side of exhaust fan frame
4. Release 4 screws TX20 throug right aluminum frame and lift out frame including fans.
