Stopping behavior
Coast to stop
The inverter is disabled immediately. The drive deenergized immediately
and coasts freely.
Stopping behavior 1
Stop
+ off
The drive is brought to a standstill at the set deceleration. As soon as
the drive is at a standstill, the inverter is disabled after a after a holding
time. The holding time can be set via parameter Holding Time 638.
Depending on the setting of parameter Starting Function 620, the
Starting Current 623 will be impressed or the Starting Voltage 600 will
be applied.
Stopping behavior 2
Stop + Hold
The drive is brought to a standstill at the set deceleration and remains
permanently supplied with current.
Depending on the setting of parameter Starting Function 620, the
Starting Current 623 will be impressed as from standstill, or the
Starting Voltage 600 will be applied.
In Configurations 2xx, the magnetizing current is used instead of the
Starting Current 623. The magnetizing current results from the Rated
Magnetising Current 716 and Reduction Factor Flux 778.
Stopping behavior 3
Stop + DC brakes
The drive is brought to a standstill at the set deceleration. As from
standstill, the DC set via parameter Braking Current 631 is impressed
for the Braking Time 632.
Comply with the notes in chapter "Direct current brake".
Stopping behaviors 3, 6 and 7 are only available in the configurations of
sensor-less V/f control (1xx).
Stopping behavior 4
emergency stop
+ off
The drive is brought to a standstill at the emergency stop deceleration.
As soon as the drive is at a standstill, the inverter is disabled after a
after a holding time.
The holding time can be set via parameter Holding Time 638.
Depending on the setting of parameter Starting Function 620, the
Starting Current 623 will be impressed or the Starting Voltage 600 will
be applied as from standstill.
Stopping behavior 5
Emergency stop + hold
The drive is brought to a standstill at the emergency stop deceleration
and remains permanently supplied with current.
Depending on the setting of parameter Starting Function 620, the
Starting Current 623 will be impressed or the Starting Voltage 600 will
be applied as from standstill.
Stopping behavior 6
Emergency stop + DC
brakes
The drive is brought to a standstill at the set emergency stop
deceleration. As from standstill, the DC set via parameter Braking
Current 631 is impressed for the Braking Time 632.
Comply with the notes in chapter "Direct current brake".
Stopping behaviors 3, 6 and 7 are only available in the configurations of
sensor-less V/f control (1xx).
Stopping behavior 7
DC brake
DC braking is activated immediately. The direct current set with the
parameter Braking Current 631 is impressed for the Braking Time 632.
Comply with the notes in chapter "Direct current brake".
Stopping behaviors 3, 6 and 7 are only available in the configurations of
sensor-less V/f control (1xx).
Please refer to Chapter 16.3.5 "16.3.5" for information on mechanical brake control.
When a synchronous motor is connected, BONFIGLIOLI VECTRON MDS GmbH recommends setting
Operation Mode 630 = 22.
