This operation mode can be used, for example, for pressure or volumetric flow control with linear
operation behavior.
The minimum value monitoring prevents an acceleration of the drive if the actual value is missing.
If the actual value is missing (< 0.5%) the output frequency is guided to the Minimum Frequency
418. This is done using the set Deceleration (Clockwise) 421. If the actual value is available again,
the controller continues operation automatically.
