TheAUTOSCRCLEANINGoccursautomaticallyabout
every30handdoesnotrequireanyoperatorinteraction.
DuringtheAUTOSCRCLEANING,theexcavatorcanand
shouldbeoperated.Byapplyingaworkingload,thedu-
rationoftheAUTOSCRCLEANINGisreduced.
TheAUTOSCRCLEANINGtakesapproximately10min.
TheamountoftimefortheAUTOSCRCLEANINGde-
pendsontheoutsidetemperature,enginecoolanttem-
peratureandengineload.Coldertemperaturewillin-
creasetheamountoftimetocompletetheAUTOSCR
CLEANING.
WhentheAUTOSCRCLEANINGstarts,theSCR
CLEANINGiconappearsingreen,analarmsoundsfor
approximately2sandthemessageAUTOSCRCLEAN-
INGisdisplayed.WhentheAUTOSCRCLEANING
completes,thegreenSCRCLEANINGiconandthe
messageAUTOSCRCLEANINGdisappear.

TheAUTOSCRCLEANINGissuspendedifanyofthefollowingoccurs:

TheSCRcleaningbuttonispressedbytheoperator.TheSCRCLEANINGicondisappearsandthemessagePUSH
SCRSWITCHTOACTIVATEisdisplayed.PressingtheSCRcleaningbuttonagainwillresumetheprocess.
•
Thecoolanttemperaturedropsbelow65°C(149°F).TheSCRCLEANINGiconstartstoashingreenanda
warningalarmsoundsforapproximately2s.Whentheenginecoolanttemperatureisabovethe70°C(158°F),
AUTOSCRCLEANINGwillberesumed.
•
Thecoolanttemperaturerisesabove100°C(212°F).TheSCRCLEANINGiconstartstoashingreenandawarn-
ingalarmsoundsforapproximately2s.Lowertheenginespeedthrottletoidleandcheckthecoolanttemperature.
Iftheenginecoolanttemperaturedropsbelow90°C(194°F),theAUTOSCRCLEANINGwillberesumed.
NOTE:NeverkeepnormalmachineoperationwiththeAUTOSCRCLEANINGprocessbeingsuspended.TheSCR
systemwillbedamaged.ResumetheAUTOSCRCLEANINGprocessimmediately.
NOTICE:IftheAUTOSCRCLEANINGisnotcompletedafter8hfromthesuspension,theSCRCLEANINGicon
willashinorangeandtheMANUALSCRCLEANINGwillberequested.Ifnormalmachineoperationiskeptwhen
theSCRCLEANINGiconisashinginorange,seriousdamagestotheengineandtotheaftertreatmentsystemwill
occur.ImmediatelymovetheexcavatortoawellventilatedareaandactivatetheMANUALSCRCLEANING.
