Unloadingthemachinefromatransporttrailer
Rearloadingtypetransporttrailer
1.Positionthetraileronrmandlevelground.Putblocks
tothetiresoftrailertopreventtrailerfrommoving.
2.Removechains,wireropes,chocks,blocksandother
devicesusedtosecurethemachineduringroadtrans-
port.
3.Preparetheloadingramps.Iftherampsareincluded
inthetrailerframe,lowerthemtotheground.Ifthe
rampsareexternaltothetrailer,matchthemtothe
rearedgeofthetraileravoidinganybumpbetween
trailerbedandexternalramps.
4.Getonthemachineandstarttheengine.
5.Makesuretodeactivatetheautoidlefunctionandthe
autoshut-downfunction.Presstheidlemodebutton
(1)untilanyidleicononthedisplayturnsoff.Pressthe
travelmodeselectorbutton(2)toselectthelowtravel
speed.The“Turtle”iconappearsonthedisplay.
6.SelecttheHworkmodeandsetthegatelockleverin
unlockposition.

7.Ifthefrontequipmentisinstalled,operatethearm
andbucketcontrolssothatthearmstandsvertical
andthebottomofthebucketisabout20cm(7.9in)
abovethetrailerbed.
NOTICE:forunloadingoftheBLADEversion,fully
raisethebladebeforestartmovingonthetrailerbed.
8.Travelslowlytowardsthebackofthetrailerand
stopasreachingtheramps.Ifthefrontequipment
isinstalled,operateboomandarmsoftlyinorder
togetthebucketclosetothegroundaheadofthe
ramps.Avoidtofullyextendthebucketcylinderto
preventdamagingitduetoaccidentalimpactswith
theground.
9.Movedownonrampswithextremecarewhileoper-
atingboomandarmsoftlyinordertokeepthebucket
closetothegroundandsotograntmachinestability.
10.Passthroughtherampscompletelyandstopthema-
chineonceitgetsontheground.
