Toremovethebucketfromthelinkageproceedas
follows:
1.Operatethearmandbucketcontrolssothatthearm
standsverticalandthebottomsideofthebucketleans
againstahardandlevelground.
NOTICE:neverpushthebucketontotheground.The
bucketpinsshallbeunloadedinordertobeproperly
extractedfromthebushings.
2.Placethegatelockleverincentralposition,stopthe
engineandremovethestarterkey.
3.SlidetheO-ringsealsontotheinnerbossesofthe
bucket.
4.Unlockthebucketpinsbyremovingeithertheretaining
pinsorthelockingbolts.Checkthelockingtoolsfor
wearordamages.Makesuretoproperlystorethe
lockingtoolsinordernottodamagethem.
5.Placeapunchontheatedgeofthepin(1),andpush
itoutusingahammer.Extractthepin(2)usingthe
sameprocedure.Makesuretohandleandstoreprop-
erlythebucketpinsinordernottodamagethem.

6.Getontothecab,starttheengineandplacethegate
lockleverinforwardposition.
7.Gentlyretractthebucketcylinderinordertorelease
thebucketconnectingrodfromthebuckethangers.
8.Gentlyoperatethearmandboomcontrolsinorderto
releasethearmtopfromthebuckethangers.Check
theO-ringsealsandthemountingspacersforwear
ordamages.MakesuretoproperlystoretheO-ring
sealsandthemountingspacersinordernottodam-
agethem.
NOTICE:ifthebucketlinkagedoesnoteasilycome
outfromthebuckethangers,lowerthebuckettothe
ground,gentlyoperatethebucketcontroltoextend
thebucketcylinder,ortheboomcontroltopushdown
thearmtop,inordertoletthematingsurfacestobe
unstucked.
