Asecurityfunctioncanbesetupinordertopreventanundesiredusageofthemachine,oreventhetheftofthema-
chine.Thesecurityfunctionlocksthedisplaybyapasswordwhenthemachineisstarted.Furthermore,thesecurity
functionlimitsthemachinefunctionalityastheengineisstartedwithoutenteringthepassword.
Thesetupofthesecurityfunctionisindicatedbyaspecicicononthedisplay:

Tosetupthesecurityfunctionandthepassword,consulttheCASECONSTRUCTIONdealer.

Activationofthesecurityfunction
TurningthestarterkeytoOFFposition,theoptionforac-
tivatingthesecurityfunctionisdisplayed.Presstheright
buttontoactivatethesecurityfunction.
Atthenextmachinestart,therequestforenteringthe
passwordwillbedisplayed.

AsthekeyisturnedtoONposition,therequestforenter-
ingthepasswordisdisplayed.Enterthepasswordusing
thebuttonsontheclusterasanumerickeypad.
Asthepasswordisproperlyentered,thedisplayisun-
locked,andthemachinecanbestarted.
Ifthepasswordiswronglyenteredfor3times,orifthe
engineisstartedupwithoutenteringthepassword,the
machinegoesintoanimmobilizedstate:
1.Awarningbuzzer,andthetravelalarmifequipped,
soundcontinuously.
2.Theenginespeedislimitedtolowidle.
3.Theswingfunctionisdisabled.
4.Ifanyleverorpedalisoperated,theenginestopsau-
tomatically.
