Respectthemaintenanceintervalsbycheckingthehourmetereveryday.Beforestartingmaintenance,parkthe
machineonat,rmground,awayfromanyobstacles,withthearmretractedandthebucketontheground.Lower
thedozerblade(ifequipped)untilitrestsontheground.Unlessotherwisespecied,allmaintenanceoperations
mustbecarriedoutwiththeenginestoppedandthekeyremovedfromthestarterswitch.Itispreferabletowaitfor
allcircuitstocooldownbeforestartingwork.

Cleanthegreasettingsbeforelubrication.Cleanaroundplugsandllerholesbeforeaddinguid.Nodustor
dirtmustenterthecomponentsorthecircuits.Wearsuitableclothingandremembertousethenecessarysafety
equipment.

Whencarryingoutserviceworkonthemachine,placethe"Donotoperate"tagontheinstrumentpanel.Never
climbdownfromtheoperator'scompartmentleavingtheenginerunning.
•
Removethenecessarylowerpanelsduringmaintenanceofcertainmachinecomponents.Makesurethelower
panelsareproperlyclosedbeforeoperatingthemachine.
Anymodicationtothemachinewithoutpriorauthorizationcouldcauseseriousinjury.Donotmakeanymodications
withoutauthorization.ConsultyourCASECONSTRUCTIONDealer.
NOTICE:ifyouuseyourmachineinparticularlyharshconditions(dustyorcorrosiveatmosphere,etc.),theservicing
intervalsshouldbereducedaccordingly.
