The3.01m(118.50in)armhastwopositionsforxingthearmcylinderpin:

A.Workingposition;B.Transportposition
Ifthemachineisequippedwiththe3.01m(118.50in)arm,alwaysmakesuretoxthearmcylinderpininthetransport
position(B)inordertocarryoutproperlyandsafelytheroadtransport.
NOTICE:neveroperatethemachinewiththearmcylinderpinintransportposition.Thiswillcauseseriousdamages
totheattachment.
Toprepareamachineequippedwiththe3.01m(118.50in)forroadtransportproceedasfollows:
1.Parkthemachineonahardandlevelsurfaceclosetothetransporttrailer.
2.Fullyopenthebucketandextendthearm.Thearmcylindershallbenotfullyretracted.
3.Lowertheboomsothatthearmtoptouchestheground,andsothattheboom-armcorneringareacanbereached
fromtheground.
4.Setthegatelocklevertolockposition,stoptheengine,andremovethestarterkey.
5.Placeablockbetweenthearmcylinderandtheboomtopplateinordertosupportthearmcylinder.
6.Removethexingboltofthearmcylindertoppin,andremovethepinfromtheworkingposition(A).
7.Getontothecab,starttheengine,andsetthegatelocklevertounlockposition.
8.Slowlyoperatetheboomandthearmcylinderinordertoalignthecylindertoppivottothexingholeofthe
transportposition(B)onthearmbracket.
9.Setthegatelocklevertolockposition,stoptheengine,andremovethestarterkey.
10.Insertthearmcylindertoppininthetransportposition(B).Tightenthexingboltofthearmcylindertoppin.
11.Removethesupportingblockbetweenthearmcylinderandtheboomtopplate.
Themachineisnowreadyforloadingonatransporttrailer.
NOTICE:Makesuretofullycurlthebucketkeepingawayfromthecab.Whenthefrontequipmentissetintransport
position,thebucketmayhitthecab.Collisionsbetweenthebucketandcabcancauseseriousdamages.
