4-OPERATINGINSTRUCTIONS
Tomountthebuckettothelinkageproceedasfollows:
1.Makesurethatthemachineandthebucketstandboth
ontoahardandlevelground.Thebucketshallstand
onitsbottomside.
2.PreparetheO-ringsealsontotheinnerbossesofthe
bucket.
3.Positionthemachineclosetothebucket,andgently
operatetheboomandarmcontrolsinordertoalignthe
armtopbetweentherespectivebossesonthebucket.
4.Placethegatelockleverincentralposition,stopthe
engineandremovethestarterkey.
5.Positionthemountingspacersifrequired.Placea
punchontheatedgeofthepin(2),andpushitin
usingahammer.
NOTICE:Makesuretoinsertthepinbyitschamfered
edge.Makesuretoinsertthepinfromthebucketside
oppositetothelockingboss.

6.Pushthepinuntilthelockingholeonthepinisaligned
tothelockingholeonthebucketboss.Installeither
theretainingpinorthelockingbolt.
7.Getontothecab,starttheengineandplacethegate
lockleverinforwardposition.
8.Gentlyextendthebucketcylinderinordertoalign
thebucketconnectingrodbetweentherespective
bossesonthebucket.
9.Placethegatelockleverincentralposition,stopthe
engineandremovethestarterkey.
10.Insertthepin(1)andlockitasdescribedforthepin
(2).
11.SlidedowntheO-ringseals.Greasethebucketpins.
