5.2.1 System Setup
Touch the selection at upper left side of main screen and return to main menu. Touch System
Options and System Setup, the options as the following will be provided for users processing
setting.
(1) Trigger Delay:
I
t is to adjust the time delayed for measurement when the tester receives the trigger
signal. The range is from 0 to 9.999s, and the factory default is 0ms.
(2) Trigger Edge:
I
t sets the RISING and FALLING edge trigger. The factory default is FALLING edge
trigger.
(
3) Discharge Voltage
:
I
t judges the level of discharge voltage. The range is from 0.5V to 10V, and the
factory default is 5V.
(
4) Range Changing Delay
:

ait signal stable required delay time after changing auto measurement range. The
range is from 5ms to 9.999s, and the factory default is 100ms.

Ex.: Cap. of DUT = 0.1uF,
Delay Time = 3 × (0.2uF×1MΩ) =0.6sec, Delay Time sets to 0.6s.
