5.3.8 Operation for Insulation Test
5.3.8.1 Example for Insulation Test
Operation Example
Take LC measurement as an example, measurement and setup procedures are as the
following.
(1) Test condition setting (LC/IR): Select “Edit Condition” on main page to enter
measurement parameter setup (see section 5.3.2).
(2) It returns to main menu, according to actual requirement to process LC Null (see section
5.3.3), Contact Check (see section 5.3.5) and Compare (see section 5.3.6) function
settings.
(3) Select “Insulation Test” to enter Insulation Test measurement screen after system
configuration is set and returns to main menu.
(4) Press green “START” button on the panel to start measuring after DUT and test cable
are connected exactly. Test result shows at the lower display area after the
measurement is ended. There are two display methods: one is single execution result to
show the test value and another is statistical information result to show statistical result.
