(Option)
This is an optional function. Besides measuring the leakage current or insulation resistance
on the DUT, it has additional partial discharge detection and waveform analysis function.
7.1 IR/LC Test Condition Setup
See section 5.3.1, 5.3.2 and 5.3.3 for the R/LC test settings and parameters.
1. When the LC Range is set Auto, it does not support the PD
measurement function.
2. Troubleshooting: When the following warning window appears,
please change the LC Range to fixed range.
1. When the Test Time is set to 0 ms (continuous test mode), it does
not support PD analysis mode and BDV mode.
2. Troubleshooting: When the following warning window appears,
please modify the Test Time to greater than or equal to 5ms (general
test mode).
