The DUT adds partly discharge test function except for measuring leakage current or
insulation resistance.
6.1 IR/LC Measurement Setup
For IR/LC measurement related settings and measurement parameter, see section 5.3.1

5.3.2. and 5.3.3.
1. It does not support PD Test measurement function when LC Range
is set to Auto.
2. Troubleshooting: Modify LC Range to fixed range when the below
warning window is occurred.
6.2 LC Null
LC Null is for clearing open circuit, for zeroing function on various ranges overall circuit of
leakage current see section 5.3.3.
6.3 Contact Check
For contact check setting, see section 5.3.5.
