Step:
1. Connect negative output terminal on 11210 panel to DMM (Keysight 3458A) current
measurement input terminal (-), connect positive output terminal on 11210 panel to DUT
A end in LC fixture. DUT B end in LC fixture is connected to Guard and LO end
simultaneously. Change DMM measurement function to range DCI and its sampling
status NPLC is 50.
2. Click “Edit Condition” on main screen to enter edit parameter page and set the
parameters in sequence as follows. After the setting is done, return to the measurement
main page.

3. Press green “START” key on panel to process measurement L.C. value, record DMM
and 11210 L.C. values separately into the table.
4. Repeat step 2~3, modify column “Test Voltage” and “LC Range” under “Edition condition”
in sequence and change DUT to measure and record it.
