Adjustable forming box width adjustment
To adjust the forming box width turn the knob (Fig. 16.2.1 pos. 3). When turning the knob
clockwise the forming box wings (Fig. 16.2.1 pos. 4) will open and conversely.
ATTENTION
The wings are to be 10-15 mm wider than the width of the product to be wrapped.
Tunnel horizontal adjustment
Move the support clockwise by hand (Fig. 16.2.2 pos. 2) to carry out the horizontal
adjustment of the forming tunnel.
ATTENTION
The adjustable forming tunnel must be positioned with the horizontal setting as
close as possible to the infeed conveyor. Check that the inclined part of the
stainless steel wings do not touch the infeed conveyor worktops.
