On this page all the alarms are visualized by a yellow flashing light, the alarms can be
reset by pushing button position 1) (re-set).
1) Button to re-set alarms (reset)
2) Button position 2 to go back to the previous page.
3) Button to exit from the alarm page.
4) Lower transverse sealing jaw heater element interruption.
5) Alarm to inform that the set temperature imposed on the bottom transverse sealing jaw
has not yet been reached.
6) Upper transverse sealing jaw heater element interruption.
7) Alarm to inform that the set temperature imposed on the upper transverse sealing jaw has
not yet been reached.
10) Alarm Low battery PLC.
ATTENTION: Replace the battery with the power on.
11) Fin wheel heater element interruption.
12) Alarm to inform that the set temperature imposed on the fin wheels has not yet been
reached.
13) Alarm for longitudinal pre-heating sealing wheels (skates) heating element interruption.
14) Alarm indicating that the pre-set temperature for the pre-heating sealing wheels (skates)
has not yet been reached.
21) Alarm wrong reading photocell reading notch.
31) Alarm step on the infeed conveyor (if request).
