6.2 Description of the components
The film roll holder is composed by two shafts (pos. 1 Fig. 6.2), which act as a support for
the film roll whilst unwinding, two unwinding devices for the reel (pos. 2 fig. 6.2), and an
area for the automatic junction of the film (pos. 3 fig. 6.2). The shaft is attached to the
main machine structure (column). This shaft act as a support for the reel, while it unwinds.
