7.5 Adjustments of the motorized reel (optional)
For the height adjustment of the motorized reel you must to rotate the knob (fig. 7.7 pos.
1) in clockwise or counterclockwise. The correct height of the reel is in function of the height
of the product.

The chain of the reel is pre-adjusted by qualified technician, than in general it isn’t
necessary to adjust it.
1) In the special case that the chain have an uncorrect tensioning, you must to remove the
guard in figure 2.6.1.1C pos. 1. You must unscrew the screws in figure 7.8 pos. 1 and
adjust the position of the plate (fig. 7.8 pos. 2). Now you must to re-fix the screws.
2) In the special case that the dimension of the product come to change, you can regulate
the distance between the brushes and the film/forming box. You must remove the guard
in fig. 2.6.1.1C pos. 1 and unscrew the screws in fig. 7.8 pos. 3. Now you can regulate
the position of the support (fig. 7.8 pos. 4) e re-fix the screws.
