Before this operation is carried out the following procedure is to be executed (only for
mechanical torque limiter):
1) Stop the machine with the jaws in open position.
2) Disconnect the electrical supply to the machine.
3) Remove the safety guard.
4) Loosen the blocking ring (Fig. 8.1.3 View of safety clutch pos.1) of the torque limit
by means of a section spanner that you can find in the machine tool box.
5) Re-assemble the guard and connect the electrical supply to the machine, wait for the
jaws to reach the imposed temperature

ATTENTION In the case of electronic torque limiter, manual handling of cut
seal group (to perform maintenance / replacement of parts) must be carried out
using the method of manual control by touch screen (see section 20 page manual
mode of operation). It is therefore not present the adjustment of the tension of
the spring of Figure 8.1.3.
