4 Installation
4.1 Positioning and levelling of the machine
4.1.1 General information
ATTENTION
Failure to follow the instructions and warnings, dissolve the manufacturer from
any liability in case of accidents, damage or malfunction of the machine.
ATTENTION
The handling of the machine with lifting equipment must be mandatory made by
competent and qualified operator, in perfect physical conditions and using
adequate equipment and devices.
The customer and his staff is committed to read in advance and to perform, how
indicated here.
Before moving and/or transporting the machine, you must unplug the power supply and
the pneumatic air supply (if present).
Do not allow more people to work simultaneously on the machine without coordination
since this may cause a hazard.
It’s forbidden to climb on the machine, stop and / or pass under the same during
handling.
It’s forbidden access to the lifting and handling to all those not involved in the operation.
All users must maintain a safe distance to avoid getting hit in case of fall of the machine
or its parts, during the handling process.
Before starting operations, it is necessary to identify and control the entire area of the
machine including the stationing of the means of transport and the installation, so as to
detect the presence of dangerous points.
Before any operation, check that the lifting equipment used is compatible with the size
and weight of the machine.
Use a forklift of adequate capacity. The use of lifting equipment not properly can result in
damage or injury to personnel and damage to the machine operation.
Operators responsible for moving:
N. 1 qualified technician for handling and installation
Personal protective equipment to be used:
working gloves + accident prevention shoes + protective helmet
