2.5.2 Unforeseen conditions of use
NOTE
The machine must be used exclusively for the automatic packaging of products
specified by the client upon ordering purchase of the machine. Any other use or
the packaging of products other than those specified is expressly prohibited.
Conditions falling under unforeseen use conditions and therefore prohibited are:
 Uses that differ from those indicated in Chapter 2.5.1 – Designed conditions of use;
 Installation and use of machine in the open air, exposed to atmospheric agents;
 Installation and use of the machine in explosive and/or inflammable atmospheres;
 Installation and use of the machine in aggressive atmospheres (acids, bases, saline,
etc.), in high concentrations of powders in the air;
 Preparation activities with machine in CONTINUOUS mode;
 Machine preparation carried out by unqualified and untrained personnel;
 Cleaning and maintenance with the machine running or energized with electric and
pneumatic power;
 Using the machine with the protective devices excluded/removed/deactivated or in some
way tampered with;
 Using the machine with the electric or pneumatic system tampered with in some way;
 Washing the machine with water jets.
DANGER
Directive ATEX 94/9/EC is not applicable to the machine and therefore cannot be
used in potentially explosive and/or inflammable environments. The manufacturer
categorically prohibits its usage in such environments.
Pursuant to Directive ATEX 94/9/EC Art. 1 the terms to be defined are:
Explosive atmosphere
Mixture in atmospheric conditions, of air with inflammable substances in the form of gas,
vapors, mists or powders in which after triggering, combustion spreads together with the
unburned mixture.
Potentially explosive atmosphere
Susceptible atmosphere that may be transformed into an explosive atmosphere due to
the local and operating conditions
ATTENTION
Using the machine for other purposes will exempt the Manufacturer from any
liability for eventual accidents to persons or things and will immediately invalidate
the warranty, due to which the User will be the sole person responsible before the
authorized Bodies
