Associate a paper or specialty media type with a factory default Custom
Type [x] name or a user-defined custom name created in the Embedded
Web Server or MarkVision
TM
Professional. The user-defined name
appears instead of Custom Type [x].
Notes:
• Paper is the factory default setting for Custom Type [x].
• The custom media type must be supported in the selected tray or
feeder in order to print from that source.

Specify a custom scan size name and page orientation.
Notes:
• The custom scan size name replaces Custom Scan Size [x] in the
printer menus.
• ADF Media Type is the factory default setting for custom scan sizes 3,
4, 5, and 6.
• 210 millimeters is the factory default setting for Width.
• 297 millimeters is the factory default setting for Height.
• Portrait is the factory default setting for Orientation.
• Off is the factory default setting for “2 scans per side.”
