This is how you perform the software update:
1. Download the machine-specific update from the Dürkopp
Adler website (https://software.duerkopp-adler.com/maschi-
nenprogramme.html).

e program is packed in a .zip-file, the name con
sists of
the part number of the program, the software version and
the date, i. e. 9899_080600_000_A01.0.4_2013-12-10.zip
2. Unpack the .zip-file on a Dürkopp Adler USB key (part number
983
5 301003).
The update file has the ending .dacimg.
3. Insert the USB key (2) in the USB port (3) at the control (1).
4. Switch on the machine.

e update starts. The LEDs (4) light up.
The update is finished when only the POWER LED glows.

5. Calibrate the electronic thread tension ( Service Instruc-
tions).

achine is ready to sew.
