8StdHMI
The program StdHMI is used as:
• Configuration tool of the controller
• For operating and checking.
8.1 Installation StdHMI
Upon loading of the CD and calling of the set-up, the CD includes the option to install a
demonstration mode (without controller) or to make the standard installation with con
-
troller.
Having selected the standard installation
• the type of controller is to be selected(ENC66) and
• the IP address has to be entered during the installation.
If the IP address is unknown, the field may be left empty. The IP address is then to be
input later in the StdHMI.

8.2 Starting the StdHMI
The StdHMI can be started at the folder Start – Programme – ECKELMANN – E_CONTROL –
Standard HMI.
With connected controller,
• The NC firmware is loaded (the file to be loaded is defined in: delphmmi.ini, section

• The file of the machine constants is loaded (the file to be loaded is defined in: del-
phmmi.ini, section machineconstants)
• An initialization is made
• The user program is loaded. (the file to be loaded is defined in: delphmmi.ini, sec-
tion Download)
Subsequently, the program is in its basic mask.
The connected controller is in state „Idle“ (display: „NCR: IDLE“).
