STP-iXA3306 Series Turbomolecular Pump
Pins for inputting the rotation INHIBIT signal.
The input pins are valid even when input operation port is set to
serial port.
When the pins (5)-(1) are shutoff, the STP pump does not
rotate despite the presence of a start signal. When these pins
are shutoff while the pump is operating, the pump will stop (see
Section 4.9.3)
When using this function, supply 12 to 24 VDC to the circuits
between (2)-(1) of the rotation INHIBIT enable signal.
Pins for inputting the input operation port select signal.
When 12 to 24 VDC is supplied to the pins between (4)-(1), the
input operation port will be set to the parallel port automatically,
and the input operation via the serial port is disabled.
When voltage is not supplied to the pins between (4)-(1), a
parallel port or any of three serial ports from COM1 to COM4
can be selected in the input operation port (see Section 5)
Pins for inputting the rotation INHIBIT enable signal.
The input pins are valid even when input operation port is set to
serial port.
When 12 to 24 VDC is supplied to the pins between (2)-(1), the
rotation INHIBIT signal input is enabled.
Pins for option signal input.
When 12 to 24 VDC is supplied to the pins between (23)-(1),
from shutoff state, rotational speed in the normal state will be
second speed.
When the voltage between (23)-(1) are shutoff from 12 to 24
VDC supply state, the rotational speed in the normal state will
be normal speed.
When using this function, set the second speed option to the
"ENABLE" from serial communication port or STP-Link. (see
Section 5.4)
