4 Press Fiery.
5 Press the USB Media Server tab.
All the printable files (DOC, EPS, PCL, PDF, PPT, PS, TIFF, or XLS) on the USB flash drive are shown.

Navigate to the file that you want to print and select it.
To open a folder, select the folder from the list then press Browse Directory.
To return to a higher-level folder, press Upper Folder.

Select a file by pressing on the file name.

Specify print options for the file.
• Copies (Default is 1)
• Queue (Hold, Print, Direct, or any published virtual printer set up for the Fiery ES)
• Duplex, Tumble, or One Side
• Page Size (Default, list of available page sizes)
9 Press Print to send the file to the Fiery ES for printing or Cancel to cancel the print request.

Remove the USB flash drive from the Fiery ES.
Print and retrieve a secure print job
The Secure Print feature offers a level of security for confidential or sensitive print jobs, which print only when you
are present at the printer control panel.
To use this feature, you first enter an arbitrary password into the Secure print field in the printer driver when you
send your job to the Fiery ES. Then, to print your job, you re-enter the password at the printer control panel.
Send a secure print job

In your application, do one of the following:

On Windows computers: Select File > Print, select the Fiery ES as your printer, click Properties, and then click
the Job Info icon.
•
On Mac OS X computers: Select File > Print, select the Fiery ES as your printer, select Fiery Features from the
drop-down list, click Full Properties in the Quick Access pane, and then click the Job Info icon in the Printing
Preferences dialog box.
2 Type an arbitrary password in the Secure print field.
Note: The password requires at least 1 character and can be up to 31 characters long. It is limited to
alphanumeric characters and "-", "_", and "." symbols only.
