Use Mailbox to retrieve scans
When you have scanned a job to the User Box on the printer, you can access it from WebTools.

Start your Internet browser.

Type the IP address or DNS name of the printer.
3 Click the Mailbox tab.

Choose whether to log in to the Public boxes or as Administrator.
If LDAP has been enabled on the printer, your user name would consist of “domain name\user name”. When you
have logged in, you can choose to edit and delete existing mailboxes and also create new mailboxes.
5 Click the mailbox Number-Name link to open it.
6 Click Download if you wish to download the file to your computer.
You can choose the file format for downloading the file.
