To connect to a printer on the network, do one of the following:
Windows 10/Server 2016: Click Select a shared printer by name, and in the URL field, type the IP address or
DNS name of the Fiery ES, followed by the name of the connection (print, hold, or direct).
For example, http://10.10.10.150/ipp/print or http://DNS name of server/ipp/print sends the job to the
Print queue on the Fiery ES.
Note: The URL for the printer is not case-sensitive.
Windows 8.1/Server 2012 R2: Click Select a Shared printer by name, and in the URL field, type the IP address
or DNS name of the Fiery ES, followed by the name of the connection (print, hold, or direct).

To install the printer driver, do one of the following:
Windows 10/Server 2016: Select the manufacturer and model of your printer and click OK.
Windows 8.1/Server 2012 R2: Click Install driver.
Windows 7/Server 2008 R2: Click Install driver.

If you are installing the PostScript printer for the first time, follow the procedure Install and complete the print
connection for Windows on page 12.

Indicate whether you want to make the Fiery ES the default printer.
Windows 10/Server 2016: Click Finish.
Windows 8.1/Server 2012 R2: Click Next.
Windows 7/Server 2008 R2: Click Next.
9 To complete the printer driver installation, click Finish.
Configure installable options on Windows client computers
After you complete the printer driver installation, you must configure the Fiery ES for the options installed on the
printer to allow the Fiery ES to take advantage of the printer options.
Configure the options manually, or for TCP/IP network connections, use the Two-Way Communication option to
configure the options automatically.
