Output paper size
Output paper size defines the size of the sheet of paper on which your job prints. It is the size of the physical sheet of
paper in the printer tray.
To assign paper size, do one of the following:
•
Select the size from the available list.
•
Click Custom to select a non-standard paper size.
•
Select Same as document size to print one document page per sheet of paper.
Paper tray
Use the Paper tray print option to specify the paper tray that contains the paper to use for your print job.
Paper tray allows you to select a specific tray for your job. If you select the Auto tray select setting, the printer prints
from any tray containing the paper size necessary for the job. This setting also allows the printer to automatically
switch between trays, if the current tray becomes empty, while continuing to print.
If you turn on the Tray alignment print option, then Paper tray cannot be set to Auto tray select.
For information about setting your choice of media in one of the trays, see the documentation that accompanies the
printer.
