3.4.4 Functional State of Individual Interfaces
If the ES910.3-A is powered on (operational state "On") they indicate the follow-
ing functional states at the assigned interfaces:
Interface CAN1/LIN1 and CAN2/LIN2
A common LED T is assigned to the interfaces CAN1/LIN1 and CAN2/LIN2 (see
Fig. 3-2 on page 19).
ETK Interface
An LED T is assigned to the interface ETK (see Fig. 3-2 on page 19).
IO Interface
An LED T and an LED E are assigned to the interface IO (see Fig. 3-3 on page 20).
Operational mode "Daisy Chain":
Operational mode "EtherCAT":
The LED E corresponds to the "Run LED" in the "EtherCAT" operating mode
(EtherCAT slave device) and indicates the EtherCAT operating mode.

T Yellow Communication as many as one of the
interfaces (CAN1 or LIN1 or CAN2 or
LIN2)
Off Communication interrupted at all inter-
faces (CAN1 and LIN1 and CAN2 and
LIN2)

T Yellow Communication at the interface
Off Communication interrupted

T Yellow Communication at the interface
Off Communication interrupted
E Red Error at the interface, communication
with the ES4xx module chain not possi-
ble
Flashing red (1 Hz) PC accessing the ES4xx module chain for
configuration purposes
Off No error

T Yellow Communication at the interface
Off Communication interrupted
