Prerequisites for using Service-Based Bypass V3.0
Before Service-Based Bypass V3.0 can be used, the HDC of the ETK used must be
updated (except for serial ETKs [ETKSx]). The update is carried out either with
HSP or with the (X)ETK configuration tool.
