ETAS Getting Started
The ES400 product family concept of positioning the small and sturdy ES400
modules as close as possible to the sensors, concatenating the modules with
each other and connecting just the first module of this chain to the ES910.3-A
results in a simple network architecture.
Connecting an ES400 module chain integrates their new powerful, scalable
interfaces of varying types to a single interface of the ES910.3-A Rapid Prototyp-
ing Module. For example, the ES411.1 Module enables A/D conversion with
power supply of the sensors (4 channels) and the ES420 Module enables thermal
measuring. The ES930.1 Multi I/O Module provides different analog and digital
inputs and outputs as well as half-bridge switches.
The Daisy Chain modules can be accessed directly from the Rapid Prototyping
experiment when using the ES910.3-A. Every signal can be processed directly in
the Rapid Prototyping model.
