7. Save the EMCsetup.INI file and then run the EMCsetup.exe executable to restart the EMC-Setup
configuration tool.
8. Add a new channel as per the previous instructions and ensure that the Mini Master Mode
checkbox is visible.
It is now safe to proceed with the next part of the channel configuration.
NOTE:
Do not proceed with channel configuration without the Mini Master
Mode option being present in the Main Tab.
4.3.2. Channel Name and Description
The “Channel Name” and “Description” fields enable you to add a name and description to the selected
channel.

Please note: Channel Name should NOT EXCEED more than 10 characters in
order to appear correctly on the LCD buttons correctly.
