3. Transferring the right of use
The seller can transfer his right of use to a third party in the
scope of and with the limitations of the conditions stipulated
in Sections 1 and 2. The third party must be made aware of
these conditions.
Upon transfer, the seller loses all rights of
use in respect of
the software packages, both in respect of the copies, edited
versions and linked programs. Insofar as the latter are not
handed over to the third party, they must be destroyed.
4. Any conditions of other manufacturers contained in this
software package do not apply.
II. Exporting the software package
If exporting the software package, the customer is required
to observe the export regulations of the Federal Republic of
Germany and of the country in which the software package
was acquired.
