6.5.2 Configuration Commands
6.5.2.1 ip hosts
This command creates a static entry in the DNS table that maps a host name to an IP
address.
Syntax
ip host <name> <ipaddr>
no ip host <name>
<name> - Host name.
<ipaddr> - IP address of the host.
<no> - Remove the corresponding name to IP address mapping entry.

None

6.5.2.2 clear hosts
This command clears the entire static host name-to-address mapping table.
