[Remedy] Check the print data and options, and print again.

[Scan to PC], the fax document scanning feature, [Secure
Print], and [Sample Print].
[Remedy] Take one of the following actions, and try again:

Lower the resolution.
z
Reduce the number of pages, and divide the job into
several jobs.
z
Delete unnecessary documents, such as the mailbox
documents, scanned fax documents waiting to be sent,
secure print documents, or delayed print documents.

O [Cause] An error occurred due to insufficient hard disk space.
[Remedy] Delete unnecessary documents from the machine and
from the mailboxes.
016-985
O O [Cause] The e-mail size is over the limit.
[Remedy] Take one of the following actions, and try again:
z
Reduce the number of document pages.
z
Reduce the resolution in [Scan Resolution].
z
Decrease the ratio in [Reduce/Enlarge].
z
For multivalued scanning, increase the ratio in [Image
Compression].
z
Ask the System Administrator to increase the value for
[Maximum E-mail Size].

O [Cause] During the transfer via SMB of [Scan to PC], the
computers that are able to log in are limited.
[Remedy] Confirm the specified user property information, and check
if the server sets the limit on computers to log in.
