Delete
To delete a template, click [Delete] on the right of the template requiring deletion. A
confirmation message displays to confirm the delete selection. If you click [OK], the
template will be deleted. To cancel the deletion, click [Cancel].
NOTE: Only one template can be deleted at a time.
Refresh
Click this button to display the latest Job Template List.
File Repository Setup
This page allows you to set up or change the file repository setups. Click [Apply] to save
new settings, or [Undo] to revert to the previous settings.
Pool
This page allows you to setup or change the pool setups for CentreWare Scan Service.
It is used to import job templates from an external pool server. If the items in this page
are correctly set, when pressing the [Refresh] button on the touch screen of the
machine, job templates stored in the machine are updated to the latest job templates
stored in the pool server.
File Repository Setup Select the file repository setup you want to configure.
Name Enter the name of the repository setup.
Protocols Select [FTP] or [SMB] for a transfer protocol.
Server Name Enter the name of the server to transfer scanned data.
Port No. Specify the port number.
Remote Path Enter the path in the server where the data will be saved. When
[SMB] is selected in [Protocols], you can enter the name of the
shared volume.
Login Name Enter the user ID.
Password Enter the password for the user ID.
Re-enter Password Re-enter the password for verification.
Protocols Select [FTP] or [SMB] for a transfer protocol.
Shared Name Enter the share name. This item is only available if [SMB] is
selected in [Protocol].
Server Name Enter the name of the server to get multiple templates on the pool
server.
Port No. Specify the port number.
Remote Path Enter the path in the server where the data will be saved.
Login Name Enter the user ID.
Password Enter the password for the user ID.
Re-enter Password Re-enter the password for verification.
