• Lose the screw with an open ended wrench (17 mm)
• Remove the screw and the lock washer
• DO NOT REMOVE THE CRANKS !
MountIng tHe front support
• Tilt the ergometer onto the left side
• Mount the front support with the screw M10 x 20
• Bring the ergometer back in an upright position
