4.8 Machine hazards
The machine has been designed and manufactured according to the cur-
rent state of the art. It has been subjected to a safety inspection and ac-
ceptance procedure before delivery.
Nevertheless, personal hazards or material damage may result if operated
incorrectly, used improperly, used without due care and attention, insuffi-
ciently serviced or if components fail.
4.9 Hazard sources / existing residual hazards
As with all complex machinery, there are also sources of potential hazards
in the case of GEDA machines. These are:
