Stop Source Set the type of start trigger.
Off, Level, Alarm, External input, Specied time, Specied day of the week, Constant time
[Off] Set to Off when not using trigger.
[Level value] Combination Set the trigger signal detecting method and combination for each CH.

Mode Set the level of trigger mode.
