Maximum input voltage
If a voltage exceeding the specied value is input, the parts in the input area will be damaged. Never input a
voltage exceeding the specied value even for a moment.

• Maximum input voltage : Range of 20mV to 2V : ±30V
Range of 5V to 500V : ±500V
<Between input terminal and input terminal >
Maximum input voltage : 60Vp-p
Withstand voltage : 1000Vp-p at 1 minute

Expected transient overvoltage : 1000Vp-p at 1 minute
