Setting Applied Measurement Voltage

Select a status in which the instrument is placed on completion of the measurement
between the electric discharge and the high-impedance.
[DISC (D)] Sets to the electric discharge status (default setting).
[HI-Z (Z)] Sets to the high-impedance status.
If using the external power supply
Set the voltage value for resistance calculation to [EXT.V].
