The screw lead of load side for one revolution is 20 mm. Set Pt20A to 20000 um/rev.
The resolution of external encoder digital optical scale is 5 um. Set Pt20B to 5000 nm.
The reduction ratio is 100:1. It means when the motor side rotates for 100 revolutions, the load side
rotates for one revolution. Set Pt20C to 100 and Pt20D to 1.
