OVERVIEW OF LOADING THE THINPREP

2000 PROCESSOR
The next four sections describe in detail the methods for loading the ThinPrep 2000 processor. The
following supplies must be loaded into the processor before initiating a sample run:
• PreservCyt sample vial
• ThinPrep Pap test filter
• ThinPrep microscope slide
• Fixative vial
The figure below shows the ThinPrep 2000 processor after loading of the supplies is complete.
