Waste System Failure
Reason for Message
This message appears when the instrument fails to detect its target negative pressure in the waste
bottle during idle mode or at the start of a sequence.
Possible Causes
• Waste bottle cap is not secure
• Waste fittings are disconnected from back of instrument
• Waste tubing is disconnected or obstructed at any point
• System hardware malfunction
• Waste filter is wet
